ποΈ Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. To request cancellation, please contact our support team at
indianclothify@gmail.com with your order ID.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery, as per our return policy.
πΈ Refund Eligibility
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received is not as described or incorrect.
- The order was cancelled before shipping.
- The product was not delivered within 15 business days (subject to delivery terms).
π Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once your refund is approved, please allow 5β7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
π« Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or that show signs of use.
- Customized or tailored clothing (unless defective).
